Terms and Conditions
- Membership is non-transferable.
- Member's mobile number will be his/her/their unique identification number to access their membership.
- Complete name (first name and last name) and mobile number are mandatory for registration in the program. We encourage you to share your email ID and birth date, so that you can enjoy the loyalty program to its maximum potential.
- Upon successful registration, members accept that the membership is governed by these terms & conditions and may be amended from time to time.
- There is no membership fee for registration.
- The validity of points accumulated in any calendar year will have be 365 days from the date of earning the points.
- Periodic updates on the number of 'points accumulated' and 'points nearing expiry' shall be sent to members on their mobile numbers through text messages.
- The membership points, benefits and privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.
- The use of the privileges and associated benefits are deemed to be an acceptance of terms and conditions.
- Management reserves the right to terminate the membership with all points forfeited without prior notice if the member:
- Breaches any membership terms and conditions
- Behaves in an unruly manner while on the premises
- Each point has a value of Re 1.
- Guests will not be allowed to club redeemed points with any other discount offer. However, you can continue to earn points on discounted bills.
- Guests will not be allowed to earn or redeem points on group bookings / corporate events of a group size above 10 persons.
- Only 1 bill can be generated per table – where loyalty points are being redeemed.
- Loyalty points can be redeemed only on 50% of the bill while ordering home-delivery & takeaway from Smoke House Deli.
